Abstract

We describe the unusual association of longstanding repaired myelomeningocele, hydrocephalus, and Arnold-Chiari malformation with bilateral internuclear ophthalmoplegia in a young man. A rarely reported association, this case emphasizes the need for further neuroradiologic evaluation to determine the possibility of third-ventricle enlargement with worsening hydrocephalus.
