Abstract
CMS is intended as a p-p high luminosity general purpose detector at the Large Hadron Collider. Nevertheless it will take full advantage of the LHC initial low luminosity runs with much less contaminated environment and high bb̄ production rate allowing to study B-physics open issues. In this paper we consider the elements of the CMS detector related to B-physics: The Magnet, the Inner Tracker and the Muon System.
