Abstract
A device to provide automated measurement of the electromyographic silent period with real time capability utilizing a voltage-time window is described. This device is being used in the clinical dental diagnosis and treatment of functional disorders of the masticatory system. The design, performance, utilization, and other applications of this device are discussed.
