Abstract

A simple design of pressure balancer has been demonstrated for solving the problem of back flow that always occur in passive driven microfluidic system. It's easy to balance the pressure difference between two loading inlets by applying the proposed device. The design and principle of this device will be introduced and the experimental results will show how it can work with different initial loading volume of liquids.
