Abstract

The authors have recently developed a PC-based version of the Zeiss P-Series Planicomp analytical plotter. The paper focuses on the man-machine interface which is controlled by Microsoft Windows. After a brief overview of design and development issues, a detailed user-oriented description of the man-machine communication process is discussed. -Authors
