Abstract
A model of self-paced tracking performance is modified to include the case where the subject can only take observations of the current position at certain times. The model was tested in three experiments, each varying the dark durations and light durations of intermittent illumination in a different way. It was found that the model predicted the results well, and showed internal consistency.
